Brown’s Canyon is the most popular section of the river due to the stunning alpine scenery of the 14,000 foot Collegiate Peaks, world class whitewater, and easy access from Denver, Colorado Springs, and the many ski resort area. The whitewater here is exciting, yet suitable for beginners.
